Neil Littell

William “Neil” Littell

William “Neil” Littell is Assistant Professor of Engineering Technology and Management at Ohio University where he researches digital engineering and product lifecycle management (PLM) related topics. He teaches classes on project management, engineering design, operations management and new product development. His passion is helping companies realize their PLM strategy utilizing digital engineering tools. He has received several professional awards, including Dassault Systemes Community of Experts (COE) PLM Enterprise of the Year award in 2013 for his PLM implementation at Viking Range, LLC. In 2017, Neil was recognized by the Society of Manufacturing Engineers as a distinguished advisor for his work with the organization. Neil is a certified project management professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and has Bachelor of Science, Master of Science and PhD degrees from Mississippi State University.
