  • Presentation of two technical paper (Paper(s) are allowed and must be presented to be included in Proceedings. Authors may present a maximum of 4 papers, at additional cost each over 2.
  • Opening Reception, Sunday, August 11, 2019
  • Continental Breakfast, Mid-morning and Mid-afternoon refreshments, Monday-Wednesday
  • Two Lunches-Monday (8/12) and Wednesday (8/14)
  • Banquet on Tuesday evening (8/13)

CANCELLATION POLICY
Missouri S&T reserves the right to cancel its programs in the event of insufficient registrations, instructor illness, severe weather, or natural disaster. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified immediately and all fees returned in full. Individuals wishing to cancel their registrations must do so by close of business on July 19, 2019. Refunds will not be made after this date.  Substitutions may be made by contacting the conference organizers.

Programs and sessions are subject to change. Should it become necessary, Missouri S&T reserves the right to substitute a program, session and/or speaker of equal caliber to fulfill conference schedule and requirements. Updates will be posted to conference schedule as quickly as possible.
