Abstract Submission

Papers submitted to the ICPR-25 should be consistent with one of the technical topics. All submissions will undergo full peer-review by international reviewers. If your abstract is accepted, you are expected to submit a full-length review manuscript by the announced deadline. Phases of the complete submission process include:

•  Abstract submission        
  Notification of acceptance          
•  Full-length Review Manuscript
  Notification of acceptance
• Final Manuscript

Online Submission – EDAS Conference Services

Online submission of abstracts and papers are conducted utilizing EDAS. All authors must be registered in this system so they can be associated with the paper and receive decision notifications. When identifying/creating your user account, be sure to use an email address that is frequently monitored. All notifications, alerts and updates regarding your paper will be sent to this address.

Your email/password combination MUST be used for future access to system and to upload documents (abstract, review manuscript and final paper). Be careful to keep this information in a safe place.

 You may already have a user account – many organizations utilize this system for their events so you may have already established an account with the system. If you are unsure, you may enter your email address and ask system to reset your password. 

• If your address is not found, system will display an error and you should create an account.
• If your email address is recognized, the system will send an email with a temporary password (you may retain or change to password that is easier for you to remember).   

Directions for Abstract Submission 

1. Prepare your text only abstract – max 250 words
2. Log into EDAS Conference Services
3. Select appropriate Track
   1. Insert Paper title, keywords and abstract
   2. Select appropriate Topic
   3. Submit
   4. Add Authors - Click on '+' beside author catagory
